Guiron is a really lame monster, but there's lots of action in that one. I always hated the movies where there was only a five minute fight at the very end.
That was always the worst. At least in Guiron, the human characters were also children and they were actually in danger, not scientists just talking over the whole thing.
Oh, I don't know if Monty would have told you about him. After the Sophia incident, I was given an egg. It hatched into a little red bird, sort of like a hawk.
Giving Gamera innocent humans to protect was a much more emotional touch Plus, the trip into outer space wouldn't have been nearly as exciting with a scientist
Oh If I see a bird like that around I will refrain from trying to eat it
Those were my favourite as well Any giant creature can stomp around and destroy things Having it be the hero is far more entertaining Though, I appreciate the metaphor of the original Godzilla film
Can he? That's sort of like the bookworms Though they aren't harmful to us
It's not really surprising I'd prefer those, being a cop.
I have to admit, I wasn't expecting a conversation like this from you. Where did you see Japanese monster movies?
Rodan isn't harmful either. He can just eat anything that isn't real, and he seems to be able to calm some of the stranger things that happen around here. At least it makes him very easy to feed.
Oh, back home Once a friend and I learned about them we would travel to Japan when we heard a new one was coming out So some of them we watched in theatres He had to translate, of course I don't know very much Japanese
He sounds very useful I wonder if he and the bookworms would get along?
Neither do I. They dubbed them into English and used to show them on TV on weekend afternoons. I used to watch them with my dad all the time.
I haven't actually brought him around any bookworms, but I might try it sometime to see what happens. Though with careful supervision, of course. I wouldn't want the bookworms to get hurt on accident.
Though if they're real, he won't be very interested in them.
They do make me smile. I think they're an important morale boost around here.
You should have Monty bring you by to meet Rodan sometime, if you want. If you bring him something believed up, he'll eat it and be your new best friend.

Hard to say. Godzilla is the King of the Monsters, of course, but Gamera was my favorite as a kid.
I'll say Gamera vs. Guiron for pure nostalgia.

That one was pretty good
I liked that they set most of the film on another planet

Rodan is great too. I named my bird after him.

If you're going to make a movie about giant monsters battling then don't waste the entire thing on following the human characters
Your bird?

I always did prefer the movies where the kaiju was a hero and protected people against a much worse monster.
Don't worry, I actually don't let him roam outside. He eats delusions, so people's property might be at risk if he's allowed to go wherever he wants.

As far as I can tell they're real
They're very easygoing, as well
Especially the ones dressed up as fairy tales

I'll see if Monty is interested
I can't believe anything on my own, but I'm sure he would happy to create something for Rodan
